Each batch undergoes an 8-step aging process over 32 hours using a slow-drying method, enhancing density, elasticity, and flavor while eliminating the typical flour smell. Produced under HACCP-certified conditions in Chungnam, South Korea by Badasoop, a family-owned seaweed specialist with over 30 years of experience.
Net Weight: 400 g (2 servings x 2 packages). Noodle diameter: 4 mm.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place to maintain freshness.
Cooking Tips: Boil about 4 cups of water, cook 100 g of noodles for 15-18 minutes, then rinse gently in warm water before draining.

Ingenious combination of gamtae and flour udon.
Love the subtle taste of gamtae. More satisfying than regular udons. Whoever thought of adding gamtae is a genius! Gamtae gives this udon a unique taste and texture.
