They have taken the fermented Korean red balloon flower, which has 2 to 3 times more saponin content than regular balloon flower, and mixed it in a golden ratio with polyphenol-rich pear juice to make yummy-licious jellies. They are sweetened with apple and quince fruit so that children will reach for them in a heartbeat. And because they also contain 7 kinds of plant extracts (loofah, beetroot, jujube, licorice, ginger, green beans, and Chinese cabbage) that contain substances necessary during a child’s growth period, parents will be eager to add them to their shopping bags.
