Each tablet blends 6 seafoods and 10 vegetables—kelp, bonito, anchovy, pollack, tuna, clam, garlic, radish, burdock, lotus root, leek, ginger, cabbage, shiitake, onion, and soybeans—carefully freeze-dried to preserve full flavor and nutrition.

Use one tablet per 250ml of water to create a clean, deeply savory seafood broth—ideal for noodles, soups, jjigae, stews, and braises.
